REQUIREMENTS
An application form for police clearance from Guyana can be obtained from the Guyana High Commission in New Delhi, India.
The requirements are:
- Completed form
- Certified copy of Birth Certificate
- Certified copy of Passport bio-data page
- Three (3) recent passport size photographs
- Fingerprints taken at the International Fingerprinting Services India
APPLICATION PROCESS
Applicants are required to ensure that the application form is filled out correctly and submitted with all relevant supporting original documents to the Consular Section of the High Commission in New Delhi.

09:30 hrs- 12:30 hrs.
Collection: Mon-Thurs
14:00 hrs-16:00 hrs
Friday
14:00 hrs-15:00 hrs
All supporting documents must be produced in duplicate (original and photocopy).
Alternatively, applications can be mailed to the Consular Section of the High Commission in New Delhi.
FEES: Rupees 7,000
Return Courier fee
*In the case of couriered documents, an additional Rupees 600 is required to be paid as a return courier fee.
