- Sub Divisional Magistrate, District Magistrate
- Notary Public, Government of India
Pharmaceutical Products
All documents should be attested from the following Authorities in case of Pharmaceutical Products:
- Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India
- Chamber of Commerce & Industry, from the respective state
- Commissioner Food & Drugs Control Administration, Government of State
- Notary Public, Government of India
- On the covering letter the date of Manufacturing and expiring of the product should be mentioned. The buyer’s name address and telephone no. should be mentioned.
- Company’s registration copy should be there.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Applicants are required to submit all relevant supporting original and photocopies of documents to the Consular Section of the High Commission in New Delhi.

Alternatively, the documents can be mailed to the Consular Section of the High Commission in New Delhi.
FEES: Rupees 1,000 (per page)
Return Courier fee
*In the case of couriered documents, an additional Rupees 600 is required to be paid as a return courier fee.
